This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Elyptix Inc. ("Elyptix," "we," "our," or "us") processes refunds for our Services, including Elyptix Web, Elyptix Engine, Elyptix Time, Elyptix Tasks, and Elyptix Telematics. All payments are processed through our payment processor, Paddle.
Free Trial Period
We offer a seven (7) day free trial period for new subscribers to evaluate our Services. During this period:
- You will have access to standard features of the Services
- No payment will be required
- You can cancel at any time without charge
- The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
Subscription Payments
- All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are non-refundable except as specified in this policy
- Subscription fees are charged in the currency specified during signup
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that substantially impact service availability for more than 24 consecutive hours
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service cancellation within 24 hours of initial subscription purchase (excluding trial conversions)
- Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused service time after cancellation
- Free trial period usage
- Service cancellation after the first 24 hours of purchase
- Feature changes or updates that don't materially impact core functionality
- Service interruptions lasting less than 24 hours
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@elyptix.com
- Include your account details and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
We will review refund requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds through Paddle or Stripe within 10 business days of approval.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Service access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for remaining days in the billing period
- Data retention follows our standard Terms of Service policies
Currency and Processing
- All refunds will be processed in the original payment currency
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution
- Any fees charged by Paddle or your financial institution for the original transaction are non-refundable
Exceptions
Elyptix reserves the right to:
- Make exceptions to this policy at our discretion
- Require additional verification before processing refunds
- Modify this policy at any time with notice to users
